What if my order arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging, but if your order shows signs of damage upon delivery, please note it with the carrier—even if the damage is only to the box. If you can’t inspect the contents right away but suspect an issue, write “possible damage” on the delivery slip before signing.

Should your items arrive damaged, simply send us photos at support@contemporaryoasis.com. Our team will arrange a replacement or issue a refund promptly, typically within one business day.
