How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days. Most deliveries arrive within 5–7 business days depending on your location. Can I cancel my order?

What if my order arrives damaged?
Please carefully inspect your package when it arrives. If you notice visible damage—even to the box—note it on the delivery slip. If you suspect damage but cannot open the package at that time, write “suspected damage” before signing. If your items do arrive damaged, send photos to support@contemporaryoasis.com and our team will arrange a replacement or issue compensation promptly.

Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is only applied where required by law. If your shipping address is outside of those areas, you will not be charged tax at checkout.

Can I make changes to my order?

Any price difference will be credited to your card or we will send you a custom invoice to pay the difference. Orders can only be changed before shipping.
